Our goal is to provide parts and accessories to the individual in their personal shop at a reasonable price, we are not interested in providing products to resellers who are marking them up thus increasing the cost to the end user. With that in mind we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion which will limit the resellers ability to purchase our inventory yet still provide the end user the ability to obtain the products they need for their individual machine. Any purchases made in violation of this policy will result in the items purchased being refunded with a notation stating that the item is not available for purchase, and a fee of $5.00 or the amount we are charged for processing by the credit card company (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund.
